ComeUnaMarea has chosen to implement the project "Between Culture and Language - a journey of flavors" with the following activities: February 21 - Press conference: Presentation of the "1001 ACTIONS FOR DIALOGUE" and activities planned. March 21 - meeting "FOOD AND CULTURE" April 22 - meeting "FOOD AND LANGUAGE May 22 - "Euro-mediterranean DIALOGUE NIGHT" All cultures adherent to the project will meet people, they will lead them to the knowledge of his country. Promoting EuroMed Cultures

It would be better if you take care of your Logo (mentioned above)as the Arabic word for Dialog is completely wrong and going into the wrong direction.
Or do you really plan it to be so?

Giovedì 22 maggio
Biblioteca Comunale (Casa Professa)

Ore 9,30 Incontro scuola – multicultura
Presentazione delle comunità ed apertura del dibattito sui temi del dialogo fra le culture
Ore 16,30 la “ricetta raccontata” storia, costume, curiosità di un piatto della tradizione etnica.
Parteciperanno: Tunisia, Sudan, Romania, Costa d’Avorio, Palestina, Ghana, Capo Verde, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Equador, Bangladesh.
Chiuderà l’incontro con una sfilata di costumi tradizionali.

Giovedì 22 maggio, ore 21
Nuovo Auditorium della Facoltà di Lettere e Filosofia, viale delle Scienze, accanto all’edificio 17
La musica e la danza avvicineranno le culture euro mediterranee. Saranno rappresentate le comunità di Bangladesh, Capoverde, Costa d’Avorio, Ecuador, Ghana, Isole Mauritius, Rom, Romania, Tamil dello Sri Lanka, Tunisia. Interverranno inoltre: Yousif Jarallah (Iraq) voce narrante, Said Benmsafer (Marocco) oud, Djali Moulaye Diabate (Senegal) kora, il Laboratorio universitario di etnomusicologia del dipartimento “Aglaia”, Mario Crispi (duduk armeno), Giovanni Di Salvo (voce), Francesco Giunta (voce), Mario Incudine e Gruppo “Terra”, Jambo Sana.

Accanto alle danze e ai canti tradizionali di ogni paese rappresentato, saranno allestiti stand gastronomici, di artigianato ed una mostra fotografica dal titolo “Viaggio nell’interculturalità” realizzata dell’Associazione Simposio.
