The aim of this course is to build the capacity of 28 Euromed youth coordinators and group leaders from Israel, Palestine, Germany and Denmark.
The age limit is 18-28. Through this course, CB intends to inspire and enable the articipants to acquire organisational competence and leadership skills to initiate and coordinate youth projects in their communities. The project also aims at creating mutual awareness, understanding and appreciation of diversity among Euromed youth.
The target group is youth with leadership potential and interests from Denmark, Germany, Israel and Palestine. The content of the course include sharing experiences and exchanging ideas on youth participation, European dimension, project development and coordination, intercultural communication and networking skills.
The method of the training course will be workshop based with the day to day programme comprising lectures, workshops, group projects, study tours to and placement at Danish NGOs and media outlets.
During the course, the participants will have the chance to meet, interact and network with Danish youth leaders from different organisations and civil society groups.
Building the capacity and skills for Euromed youth with leadership skills and potentials to iniate and develop youth activities and projects in their communities

Euromed youth with interested in boosting their capacities to develop dialogue activities for youth in their communities
Activities (Maximum 130 Words):
The activities of the project include a ten day intensive training course in intercultural communication, dialogue, project development and youth participation skills. After the training course, the participating youth will be suppported to develop and implement local youth activities in their respective countries.
