Frankly speaking we could not believe till now what happened yesterday Nov. 4th 2008 over there in USA, Is that the hurricane of change?

Now-a-days there are two good movies, talking to minds of people and worthy to be watched the first called El-Rayes Omar Harb for the perfect young director “Khalid Youssef” the God-son of our great director “Youssef Chahin” and the script writer “Hany Fawzy” produced by Al-Patros.
On 18/06/2008 the EU Parliament passed a law against illegal migrants to Europe that shall make the authorities (the ministries of interior and migration) entitled to detain illegal migrants for a period up to 18 consecutive months, not only that but also a re-entry ban for at least five years.

Frankly speaking, I could not expect that this is the 5th session of the Arab Reform Forum which had been and still from 2004 till now adopted by the Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BibAlex), yeah, the time is running very fast, in west and developed countries they sometimes exceed the speed of the time, therefore, I always wonder, what about us (I mean the Arab-Muslim World)?
On Oct.20th.2007 the Dialogue Forum at Bibliotheca Alexandrina held a session for Dr. Mohamed Salim Al-Awa one of Muslim intellects, missioners, Professor in Law, and a lawyer at the Court of Cassation, not only that, he is one of the International Association of Muslim Jurists, the Chief of the Egyptian Association for Culture and Dialogue and the Arab Team for Islamic-Christian Dialogue.
Alexandria remains one of the biggest cosmopolitan cities globally as a result of adopting such conferences especially the conferences that targeting the human being, especially the latest one that called Dialogue Among Peoples & Cultures based on a main thematic (Euro-Med & Gulf Inter-Cultural Dialogue) which have been held recently as always at our biggest Bacon of knowledge “Bibliotheca Alexa
On Monday dated 05/05/2008 at the National Planning Institute in Cairo, Egypt, a workshop organized by the World Bank (WB) Office in Egypt, in addition to a WB delegation from Washington DC, specialist in sustainable development, in order to launch WB MENA sustainable development report of 2007 that focused in an appropriate part thereto on youth in this MENA region.
