A small island solitude, Cought between two giant rocks, Centuries of cultural control, Centuries of cultural rebellion So many languages form our own, So many paths form our way, A prism of many colours, That struggles to be its own. Though we are full of prejudice, We all know the same, It may be spoken in different languages It still means the same.

Yet when these cultures arrive In the form of different people, With different skins and different languages, We hold back, Scared of what these cultures might do;
