What do we mean by a ‘Dialogue Action’?

Any activity or event taking place in one of the thirty-seven Euro-Mediterranean countries that promotes knowledge and understanding of people from different social and cultural backgrounds. An activity that is non-passive, i.e. an activity which allows participants to have a real dialogue and exchange with other people from social or cultural backgrounds different to their own.
