MädchenSache - A Girls' Thing

An internet based dialogue and exhibition between girls from Egypt and Germany. The project includes 8 weekly meetings (March-May) by each group. The participants are introduced, discuss their present life, culture, gender, the future and formulate questions to the other side about the same topics. Each team tries to answer these questions through audiovisual means (fotos, text, sound, video), then upload it on the homepage. Direct communication between participants will be possible online. The final event will be an intercultural dialogue party and an exhibition of the results of this exchange in the womens culture centre on 22nd May. The exihibition will be offered to schools and other organisations to give insight on intercultural dialogue.
